Your package covers our time on the trail, all the creative editing, and your high-resolution personal digital media files to download, print, and enjoy.

If we're heading further afield or off the beaten track, a transparent travel delivery fee will be cleanly added to your quote beforehand so you know the exact total cost before locking anything in!) What exactly is included in the flat-rate price?
Your package fee covers our time together on the trail, custom post-shoot colour editing, and every single finished high-resolution digital image from the session. There are absolutely no surprise fees, no print vouchers to trade in, and no hidden upcharges to unlock your digital files.
Why do Munro Summit sessions have two different rates?

Mountain sessions are priced according to route duration, navigation complexity, and extra safety prep. Our standard mountain rate covers classic routes up to 4–6 hours of trail time. For massive, remote peak excursions or multi-summit days requiring 10+ hours, the Epic Day rate covers the extended navigation and safety management required for a long day in the high hills.
Are travel and transport costs included in these session prices?

Yes, within my primary local zone! Our baseline packages fully cover any trail sessions located within a 15-mile travel radius originating from Coupar Angus. For beautiful locations further afield or off the beaten track, a transparent travel delivery fee will be cleanly added to your initial quote so you know the exact total cost before locking anything in.
What happens if the weather turns bad or I'm not prepared?
We check the mountain and trail forecasts closely before setting off. If severe weather makes the route unsafe, we will reschedule your session completely free of charge. Please note that because outdoor safety is paramount, sessions that have to be called off at the trailhead due to a lack of mandatory personal safety gear (like appropriate footwear or waterproofs) cannot be refunded or rescheduled for free, as detailed in my Terms and Conditions.
